The Wilking Protocol is the basis of living a long and fruitful life.  The Wilking Protocol works with The Building Blocks of Human Life, and should be the foundation of any protocol.  These basics will help those suffering from mercury poisoning, autism, vaccine damages, genetic defects, birth defects, and any other lifelong condition or disease.

The sign of an unhealthy alimentary canal is constipation. Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium, Salt, and Vitamin C are essential to human life. Every human, young, old, sick, and healthy, needs these essentials. Constipated and unhealthy people are deficient in them.

The first rule when using The Wilking Protocol:
DON'T GET CONSTIPATED

The second rule:
HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT FIRST THING EVERY MORNING

The third rule:
INGEST ESSENTIAL MAGNESIUM SULFATE, POTASSIUM, SALT, AND VITAMIN C EVERYDAY.

When any of these essentials are consumed beyond bowel tolerance (BT), the body will naturally detox, sending the excess essentials, and some retained toxins, out of the body in the form of diarrhea. BT is the amount of an essential consumed just before diarrhea occurs.

WHEN THESE ESSENTIALS ARE CONSUMED IN EXCESS,
THE BODY WILL NATURALLY DETOX.

Caregivers should first do protocols on their own, and then they can have a little one do it. It's a bit like riding a bicycle; you won't really understand it until you do it. You know your child's health status better than anyone, and you will better guide your child through the experience.

Never take any action in regards to your health, or that of another, without fully understanding the consequences.

While you sleep, your body is working to clean itself, and it puts toxins and other wastes into your intestines, so the garbage can be taken out first thing in the morning.

Imagine how depressed you would feel if you worked the night shift, and it was your job to clean the factory, and this happened night after night. When you come in the next night to do your shift, the day shift people hadn't bothered to clean up their work. Not only that, but all the work you had done from the previous night, all the cleaning, the meticulous sweeping, and dusting, and wiping, and packing-up of the garbage, all of that was somehow undone. The same stuff was again strewn throughout the factory, and you had to cleanup the same junk, all over again.

If you are constipated, find one of these to use as your number one tool in your tool box to get regular.

MAGNESIUM SULFATE, POTASSIUM, SALT, AND VITAMIN C are arguably the strongest medicines known to man. However, if we start taking them, and remain constipated, or do not take enough of them to get diarrhea, we will cause retained toxins in the body to redistribute, but not be evacuated, and this is unhealthy, and dangerous.

Why do MAGNESIUM SULFATE, POTASSIUM, SALT, AND VITAMIN C cause us to detox, and also make us feel better?

The reason we don't retain MAGNESIUM SULFATE and SALT is the sea is abundant with these essentials, and in our evolution we lived along the shorelines of the sea. With such abundance, why would we need storage? The sea has a great abundance of these essentials.

The reason we don't retain POTASSIUM and VITAMIN C is along the the shores of the sea, the foods we consume were loaded with these essentials. Think avocoados, bananas, coconuts, citrus fruits, and leafy green vegetables.

MAGNESIUM SULFATE, POTASSIUM, SALT, AND VITAMIN C are The Wilking Protocol's 1st tier essentials. 2nd tier essentials like Iodine, Selenium, Zinc and others come after we have full body saturation of the 1st tier essentials, and we are having regular bowel movements.

THE WILKING PROTOCOL ESSENTIALS - THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE

The order in which you add these to your diet, and in which you learn to flush your intestines is up to you. I can only give you the most basic guidelines. From these guidelines you will develop a protocol that works for you. The following is my recommended order of adding these essentials into your life.

MAGNESIUM SULFATE
Magnesium Sulfate is also called Epsom salts. It's important to not confuse this with a salt (NaCL) flush. Again, Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate, it is NOT a sea salt or a himalayan salt.

My recommendation is to take 1 tsp every 15 minutes until your intestines fully release in the form of diarrhea. Magnesium sulfate - Epsom salts can be purchased in your local pharmacy or grocery store. On the sides of the package their are most often directions from the manufacturer on how to use the product to clean out the intestines.

If you are mercury toxic, you may have a reaction to magnesium sulfate, and you may not. You may get a headache, you might get achey, you might get joint swelling. This will usually come hours or even days after your cleanse, not during. It is important to understand that sulfur deficient people are sick. If you are mercury toxic, your intestines will be releasing retained mercury or other toxins. Keep in mind that mercury poisons on the way in, and it will poison on the way out. Many people feel great relief after a cleanse.

In the days following your cleanse, you will add some magnesium sulfate to your everyday diet. Some people take as little as 20 grains a day. That's 20 small crystals. I personally take 1 tsp in the evening, but I am not very mercury toxic, and I don't have reaction.

MAGNESIUM
Every single cell in the human body demands adequate magnesium to function, or it will perish. Strong bones and teeth, balanced hormones, a healthy nervous and cardiovascular system, well-functioning detoxification pathways and much more depend upon cellular magnesium sufficiency. Soft tissue containing the highest concentrations of magnesium in the body include the brain and the heart—two organs that produce a large amount of electrical activity, and which can be especially vulnerable to magnesium deficiency.

Magnesium can also be used to flush the intestines. There are different types of Magnesium, and ways that it is assimilated into the body. The root cause of constipation can be a Magnesium deficiency. I recommend Magnesium Sulfate.

SULFUR
If you have ever taken acetaminophen, Tylenol, coal-tar medicine, and you haven't loaded up on sulfur, the Coal-Tar may still be in your liver. Our bodies cannot detoxify from coal-tar medicines if we do not have enough sulfur. We cannot detoxify from mercury without sulfur. Autism has links to sulfur deficiencies. The body requires glutathione to detox, and sulfur in part of it's chemical compounding. If the body does not have enough sulfur to run it's metabolic processes, it will break down essential cysteine, methionine, and glutathione to access the sulfur molecule.

SALT - NaCL
Salt deficiency is associated with low pH, which is in turn associated with many health problems, such as low kidney, liver, and brain function; disruption of enzymatic activity; poor immune function; hormonal imbalances; and a host of chronic degenerative diseases including cancer.

The body needs the Chloride from salt to detoxify, to make the right amount of HCL in the stomach for digestion, to clean neurons, and to help white blood cell neutrophils make HOCL to combat bacteria. We cannot heal our selves if we aren't getting enough salt.

Salt can also be used to flush the intestines. The root cause of constipation can be a Salt deficiency.

Our number one detox is a SALT FLUSH. However, if you are very toxic, this may be too powerful of a detox for you to begin with.

THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE - THE ESSENTIALS
Magnesium Sulfate, Salt, Potassium, and Vitamin C

When any of them are consumed beyond bowel tolerance, BT,  the body will naturally detox itself, sending the excess essential, and some retained toxins into the toilet in the form of diarrhea.

In The
Wilking Protocol you will see references to BT.  This means having your levels of Magnesium, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium, Salt, and/or Vitamin C up and over bowel tolerance so that you have a cleanse in the form of Diarrhea.

BT for these essentials will fluctuate over time, but will lower overall as the body and cells become saturated.  When we go beyond BT, our intestines release, and detox, naturally.

To rectify a obstipation, a chronic constipation problem, these essentials must be ingested long enough for the body to repair itself, and begin evacuating the bowels naturally.


To rectify a chronic diarrhea problem, again these essentials must be maintained long enough for the body to repair itself.


VITAMIN C
Any human completely cut off from Vitamin C will quickly grow sick with SCURVY.  It takes about 30 days.  If they still don't get Vitamin C they will die within 4 to 6 months. 

Many of our diseases today are rooted in Vitamin C and Salt deficiencies.  The only mammals that don't make vitamin C are the human, the monkey, and the guinea pig.  It's of the utmost importance to our health that we get enough vitamin C.  Lucky for us, most other plants and animals on earth make their own vitamin C.  We get our vitamin C by consuming them.

Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of tissues throughout the body.  Vitamin C is necessary for the body to make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels.   Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and teeth.  Collagen is what the body needs for good gut health, and to heal the intestines.  Without vitamin C and collagen, we grow constipated.

There are many forms of vitamin C.  The word ascorbate comes from anticorbutic, meaning to fight scurvy,  A- (meaning "No") and Scorbutus (Scurvy.)   Ascorbic acid is one form of vitamin C.  Ascorbate is another form.  My favorite form of vitamin C is L-Ascorbate.  I recommend L-Ascorbate as a supplemental form because of it's bio-availability to our cells.

Every human needs good daily doses of Vitamin C. Sick people, constipated people; need therapeutic doses of Vitamin C. 
Initial symptoms of scurvy can be:

Feeling very tired and weak all the time (fatigue)
A general sense of feeling "out of sorts" – such as feeling irritable and miserable all the time
Pain in your limbs – particularly your legs
Constipation and or diarrhea

 

WHY DO WE USE L-ASCORBATE?
L-Ascorbate is an easily assimilated form of vitamin C. The L in L-Ascorbate stands for the L shaped molecular form of vitamin C. It fits exactly into our adrenal glands and cells, like a puzzle piece. It is 100% assimilated, and this is why we exclusively use L-Ascorbate. Other forms of vitamin C can be used, but are NOT easily assimilated, and are NOT recommended.


THE BUFFERED L-ASCORBATE CLEANSE
L-Ascorbate is an easily assimilated form of vitamin C, and is very effective at clearing the intestines of toxins.   Most people find that the cleanse is easy to do.  Since the amount of time can vary quite a bit, it is best to do your first L-Ascorbate calibration on a day when you can stay home for most of the day. Once you have done an L-Ascorbate calibration/flush, you will have a better idea of how much time is needed.

For most people, it takes somewhere between 3-8 teaspoons of L-ascorbate to flush. It could differ for others: 15, 20, 30 or more depending on your health status and how quickly your body uses up the L-ascorbate.

I do not recommend ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, a "natural" vitamin C, or any other form of ascorbate for this cleanse.


MAGNESIUM
Every single cell in the human body demands adequate magnesium to function, or it will perish. Magnesium Bowel Tolerance
Knowing your magnesium bowel tolerance (BT), is also of the utmost importance to your health.  Magnesium BT is the limit at which your body can retain magnesium without detoxing through the intestines in the form of diarrhea.  To find you Mag BT, you can simply raise you magnesium levels over time, until you find the level just before you get diarrhea.  If you take to much you get a clean out.  If you don't want a clean out, drop the dose 25%.  Keep it at this level for 30-60 days to rectify a deficiency.

POTASSIUM
I recommend an equal dose of Cream of Tartar for every dose of Salt you take.
Potassium is very important in the human body. Along with sodium, it regulates the water balance and the acid-base balance in the blood and tissues. Potassium enters the cell more readily than does sodium and instigates the brief sodium-potassium exchange across the cell membranes. In the nerve cells, this sodium-potassium flux generates the electrical potential that aids the conduction of nerve impulses. When potassium leaves the cell, it changes the membrane potential and allows the nerve impulse to progress. This electrical potential gradient, created by the "sodium-potassium pump," helps generate muscle contractions and regulates the heartbeat. Another of the pump's most important functions is preventing the swelling of cells.


SALT - NaCL

ANIMAL FATS AND OTHER OILS
